Suspect in Cop Killings Was Out on Street Despite Lengthy Rap Sheet, Sentences

From Fox News:

As the suspect in the ambush execution of four police officers remains on the run, questions are swirling as to how and why Maurice Clemmons — an ex-con who at one time faced more than 100 years behind bars — was allowed to live free.

Clemmons, 37, of Tacoma, Wash., has an extensive, violent criminal history marked by volatile and unstable behavior, according to court records and news reports.

His criminal history includes at least five felony convictions in Arkansas and at least eight felony charges in Washington, according to The Seattle Times. He had a lengthy prison sentence commuted in 2000 by former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, who cited Clemmons' youth.

This does not bod well for Gov. Huckabee. Cause ya know the Lame Stream Media is going to pounce all over this one. They will take any opportunity to bash Fox News and conservatives. Although Gov. Huckabee is not conservative enough for me by a long shot. And I'm not to happy with Gov. Huckabee's answer to his decision. But you read it for yourself. I'm not going to "speculate" on this situation until there is more information. I can't stand when the Lame Stream Media does that.

2009 first year of global governance

Now, my Uncooperative Readers out there, I want you to read this article and find the missing dots, no wait, the News Behind the News. Let me give you a hint. The Lame Stream Media states that "us" conservatives are "fear mongers" and constantly trying to create a "sphere of fear", when it comes to issues of government control. Read on MacBeth and learn for yourselves, who are the true "fear Mongers". Hey, how many times did I say "fear" in that paragraph. lol

From World Net Daily:
In accepting his appointment as the first president of the European Union, Belgian Prime Minister Herman Van Rompuy announced that "global governance" is the only way to address the crises that beset the planet.

"We're living through exceptionally difficult times – the financial crisis and its dramatic impact on employment and budgets, the climate crisis which threatens our very survival, a period of anxiety, uncertainty and lack of confidence," he said in his maiden press conference. "Yet these problems can be overcome through a joint effort between our countries. 2009 is also the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis. The climate conference
in Copenhagen is another step toward the global management of our planet.

Stork Craft to Recall 2.1 Million Cribs

I urge to read the entire article, because it contains links and contact info about the cribs. I have read three different articles and this has the most information. But, not one article states if the parts for the crib were made in China. Show of hands that that is where they came from.

From CBSNews;

The Consumer Product Safety Commission has announced the largest crib recall in United States history, involving cribs with dropdown sides, fearing they may be unsafe, even deadly.

The CPSC, in cooperation with Stork Craft Manufacturing Inc., of British Columbia, Canada, today announced the voluntary recall of more than 2.1 million Stork Craft drop-side cribs, including about 147,000 Stork Craft drop-side cribs with the Fisher-Price logo. The recall involves approximately 1,213,000 units distributed in the United States and 968,000 units distributed in Canada.

Tough U.N. Critic Tapped to Represent U.S. on Human Rights Council

Hope springs eternal. But, given the record of this, "left wing liberal, socialist, commie administration, who the hell knows?

From Fox News:

The California scholar and Obama donor tapped to be the first U.S. ambassador to the U.N. Human Rights Council is a fierce critic of the United Nations' human rights record who some watchdogs say they hope will roll some heads on the controversial panel boycotted during the Bush administration.

Eileen Chamberlain Donahoe has called the U.N. policy and record toward human rights abuses erratic, inhumane and dysfunctional, and has said its inherently flawed charter leaves human rights violators "immunized" from international interference.

In what would be a drastic shift from current policy, she recommended in her 2006 Ph.D. dissertation that the United Nations condition a country's sovereignty on its human rights record. In other words, she argued that human rights abuses can justify invasion.

U.N. critics are cautiously optimistic she'll bring that hard-nosed attitude to the council and be willing to confront the despots and alleged human rights abusers represented there.

Again, one can only hope. Look, you/us, "the peeps" are not getting the "rest of the Story" "the rest of the story" is this: we elected our cockroaches and El Presidente, they appoint people to positions of power, ie; mostly bureaucrats, the bureaucrats want to keep their jobs, so what do they do to keep said jobs? Everything they can to uphold the current administrations agenda. Got it? That goes for Republicans as well as Democrats. All we need is love, no wait: let me reset my brain. What we need is less bureaucrats and more conservatives that believe in the Constitution.
Because after all, the Constitution is the Solution.

Obama Gets Delay of Fort Hood Probe

Yet again, our President is taking control over something he should not. We now live in the wonderful "Age of King Barakus Obmanaus".

From NewsMax;

The Obama administration on Tuesday had the president's National Security Council take control of congressional briefings on the Fort Hood killings and asked Democratic leaders to delay a probe, as top Republicans said intelligence shortcomings blamed for failing to prevent the 9/11 attacks are re-emerging.

Rep. Silvestre Reyes, chairman of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said that the NSC had taken over the briefings "due to the high visibility of the issues surrounding the tragic event at Fort Hood," and that Democratic leaders agreed to postpone any congressional action on the shootings.

"This is a somewhat complicated case," the Texas Democrat said of the Nov. 6 rampage, attributed to Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, that left 13 dead and 29 wounded on the country's largest Army post

I do agree with them waiting. But for how long? The facts are pretty straight forward. He was a Terrorist. How he was allowed to be a Terrorist in our armed forces is the real question. So get on with it, government, find out already. But it seems that the heath care/nightmare bill is more important to this government than doing their actual constitutional duties of protecting "we the people". Yea, got it. And bye the bye, this "political correctness" has been eroding our Republic for a very long time. And, who, and what is the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence?

CNN Considers Political Correctness as a Factor in Ft. Hood Shootings?

The Major was and is a Major "Nut Job Muslim Terrorist" period. Case, closed, everything else done. All you Left Wing Socialist, Commie Bastards get over this one.
From Newsbusters:
On Wednesday’s Situation Room, CNN’s Brian Todd actually considered that political correctness prevented earlier action against Ft. Hood shooter Nidal Hasan. Despite referencing “a senior investigative official who...said he has never heard any indication...that Hasan got any favorable treatment...before this shooting,” Todd also cited three others who were certain of the political correctness factor.

The CNN correspondent did not lead his report with any mention of the possible PC treatment the Muslim army major might have received, a graphic on-screen hinted what was to come later in the report: “Hasan’s Contacts & Behavior Examined: ‘Political correctness’ a possible concern.”

Jeb Bush's Sons to Hold Fundraiser for Crist Challenger in Florida Senate Race

So many questions are raised by the following article. I'll let you read it first then I will opine. Read on MacBeth.

From Fox News;

Crist and Rubio, former speaker of the Florida House of Representatives, are facing off to fill the Senate seat vacated by former Sen. Mel Martinez.

The race has emerged as one of the pivotal battlegrounds between the more grassroots-driven conservative base of the GOP, represented by Rubio, and the more moderate wing, represented by Crist. That tension most recently flared in upstate New York's 23rd Congressional District election, in which Conservative Party candidate Doug Hoffman basically forced Republican candidate Dede Scozzafava out of the race. Hoffman ended up losing last week to Democrat Bill Owens.

Does this mean that the GOP is spliting up? God, I hope so. It is time that we not only take our country back as conservatives, but have our own party. Our elected cockroaches are a party of one. We need more representation. I say we have a Commie Party, a Conservative Party, and then the Dems/Socialist party and last but not least the Republicrats. ho ah!!!!

Both Sides Spin The 2009 election Results

LLPSCFB Glen Contrarian claims the Election Day 2009: A Tactical Victory for Democrats, Liberals, and Progressives

and

Dave Nalle claims victory for Republicans

I care for neither analysis, it looks like people are tired of government taxing and spending, this is not a democrat or republican victory. We the people are fed up with paying hire taxes, government waste and mortgaging our grand children's future!

Meanwhile Libertarian Republican is all happy about the fact that GOP officials believe that as many as 50 to 70 elected officials on the county level throughout Texas could be switching from Democrat to Republican by the filing date for the 2010 elections. The news comes to us from Bryan Preston, Communications Director for the Republican Party of Texas out of Austin.

Why? They will still be the same people they were before except with a D after their names. He is happy the Republican party is going to have more liberals in it? This is the opposite of what needs to happen to the republican party! McCain and the NY 23rd district race should have proved that to the party, they chose a lefty republicans and the people repudiated them.

The parties ARE the problem, the Constitution IS the solution.

Congress debates permanently repealing a restriction on abortion funding

Nothing in the Healthcare bill to prevennt federal dollars going for abortion and now this...

From Congress.org:
As part of the State Department funding bill, the Senate could consider whether to make permanent Obama's repeal of the controversial so-called Mexico City policy.

When in effect, the policy prevents foreign nongovernmental organizations that provide or counsel women on abortion from receiving U.S. aid.
Foreign aid is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, let us get back to it. The Constitution is the solution!

Web could run out of addresses next year, warn web experts

From the Telegraph:
"In the last 10 years, the internet has become hugely important worldwide from a socio-economic perspective," said Detlef Eckert, a director in the Commission's information society and media directorate-general. "Only by ensuring that all devices connected to the internet are compatible with IPv6 can we stay connected and safeguard sustainable growth of the internet and the global digital economy, now and in the years to come."

"We'll be down to our last tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of web addresses by the end of next year," warned Sam Pickles, lead enterprise engineer of F5 Networks. "New companies looking to establish a presence on the internet will have no option but to adopt the IPv6 address format. Many government and military organisations worldwide have adopted IPv6 for their internal systems already, and its adoption by companies, and eventually home users, is virtually certain."

Switching to IPv6 is relatively straightforward, said Pickles, but will require significant investment from companies and internet service providers.

"Some additional spending will be required to migrate to the new addressing format, and ensure that systems using the old IPv4 format can interface with new IPv6 networks," he said. "Initial installation of new equipment will most likely affect systems at the edge of the corporate network, interfacing with the internet, such as routers and firewalls."

The move to the IPv6 protocol will also necessitate some changes to domestic set-ups, said Pickles, but it should be a relatively straightforward process. "Consumers will eventually also need to replace equipment in the home, although this is likely to be introduced by ISPs in gradual stages," he said. "The most likely device needing replacement initially will be the home broadband router, connected to the phone line."

Republicans Rally Resistance to Health Care Bill, as House Vote Nears

From FNC:
Republicans host a rally against Democrats' health care reform, calling on those who attend to track down their elected representatives in Congress and put pressure on them to think twice about voting for the more than $1 trillion health care overhaul.

As a crowd of protesters shouted "kill the bill," House Republicans on Thursday rallied opposition against the Democrats' health care legislation, even as President Obama touted two major endorsements from doctors and seniors groups.

The president interrupted the daily press briefing Thursday to note that the American Medical Association and AARP had just endorsed House Democrats' health care plan.

"This is no small endorsement," Obama said of the AARP's backing. "They know it's a good deal for our seniors."
Do they really endorse it? You just cannot believe anything President Obama says, but let us say it is true, what did he say to convince them? Did he say this is the only way to save medicare because it is going broke?
...Republicans want those who attend to track down their elected representatives in Congress and put pressure on them to think twice about voting for the more than $1 trillion health care overhaul pushed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

"They're going to listen," said Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., who originally called for the rally. "The biggest voice in the United States is your voice."

Republicans were formally unveiling their version of a health care reform bill Thursday.

They are looking to reprise the kind of grassroots resistance that boiled up during the August recess at town hall meetings across the country. That resistance seemed to temper Democrats' ambitions for health care reform and just about dash any hope for passing a government-run insurance plan as part of the package. But just a few months later, both the House and Senate have included so-called public options in their bills.

Bachmann said before the rally that the "lessons" of the town halls have been lost.

Giant Crack in Africa Will Become New Ocean

Ok, all of you Eco-Nazi's out there, this is a prime example of how our earth is constantly changing. It's natural. Mother Nature is in control, not us, puny, humans.

from Live Science:

A 35-mile rift in the desert of Ethiopia will eventually become a new ocean or sea, researchers now confirm.

The crack, 20 feet wide in spots, opened in 2005. Some geologists believed then that it would spawn a new ocean. But that view was controversial, and the rift had not been well studied.

A new study involving an international team of scientists and reported in the journal Geophysical Research Letters finds the processes creating the rift are nearly identical to what goes on at the bottom of oceans, further indication a new sea is in the region's future.

The same rift activity is slowly parting the Red Sea, too.

CNN: Palin, Tea Party Protesters 'Driving Moderates Out of GOP'

From Newsbusters:;

On Monday’s AC360, CNN’s Anderson Cooper forwarded the media’s new talking point about the New York 23 congressional race, that “Tea Party protesters and other conservative voices are...driving moderates out of the GOP.” Correspondent Tom Foreman continued on this note, stating that “angry conservatives...[are] forcing the party to choose between...its base and attracting more moderate Americans.”

Hey Cooper, Conservatives do not want moderate Americans in a party that stands for Conservativism! Although, the Republicrats have been chipping away at their Conservative base for years. We want them to be mooorrree Conservative, Cooper, mooorree. You libs and moderates already have a party.
