Hillary Booed in Iowa

FOXNews.com - Hillary Clinton Draws Boos at Iowa Campaign Event, 1 Day After Hostage Situation

Whatever public sympathy Hillary Clinton had built up during the tense hostage situation at her New Hampshire campaign office appeared to dissipate Saturday, as she was met with a round of boos during an address over the phone to an Iowa political event.

At the Heartland Presidential Candidates Forum in Des Moines, community activists lustily booed the Democratic frontrunner after she declined to commit to passing comprehensive immigration reform in her first 100 days in office.

Of course, when Democrats say “comprehensive immigration reform” we hear “amnesty”.

In the early forum, Clinton said reform would be a “high priority” for her, but that didn’t satisfy a crowd looking for legislation that would move illegal immigrants swiftly on a path to legalization.

The obvious problem with everything being a priority is that nothing turns out to be a priority.

We repeat our call for a common-sense immigration reform package :

Point 1 : All immigration laws of the USA are changed to mimic those of Mexico. Namely, all citizens will be empowered with the ability to arrest all suspected illegal immigrants to the USA. Being an illegal alien in Mexico is a felony, not a misdemeanor, and so should it be in the USA. Also, to permanently end “catch and release” immigration policies all Federal, State, and Local law enforcement authorities will be required by law to arrest, detain, and export all illegal immigrants discovered to be living in the USA, without exception.

Point 2 : All monies being sent outside the USA by those not citizens of the USA will be subject to a 75% tax, with all monies collected to be used to fund the immigration enforcement efforts, with a portion reserved to the States in the form of block grants to assist with immigration enforcement efforts at the state and local level. Any US citizen found guilty of aiding a non-citizen to break the law will be subject to total confiscation of all material wealth and subject to a term in prison at hard labor of not less than 10 years.

Point 3 : A permanent detachment of the US military will be stationed on the Northern and Southern US borders. Any hostile actions directed at our border guard will be considered an act of war and will trigger a response of overwhelming force that will not be authorized to cease until all aggressors are dead.

Point 4 : Every person detained for suspicion of being an illegal alien will be required to submit to comprehensive medical testing, including the mandatory submission of a DNA sample. If found to have a communicable disease, the person will be deported immediately, subject to permanent ban of re-entry to the USA. If found guilty of violating the ban, the punishment will be a period of not less than ten years of hard labor followed by deportation.

Point 5 : Upon finding of guilt of being an illegal alien, the person shall forfeit all material wealth collected from economic activity in the US to the US government. This in turn shall be used to fund immigration enforcement, with a portion allocated to the States in the form of block grants to fund immigration efforts at the state and local levels. Banks found to be opening accounts for illegal aliens shall be fined no less than $100,000 per account. US citizens found guilty of aiding and abetting illegal aliens to circumvent the law shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10,000 and a period of imprisonment at hard labor not to be less than two years. Repeat offenders shall serve a term of not less than ten years at hard labor and be subject to total forfeiture of material wealth.

Point 6 : Any US citizen found guilty of providing material aid or support expressly for the purpose of smuggling illegal aliens into the US shall have all material wealth confiscated. The proceeds of the forfeited wealth shall be dedicated to immigration enforcement efforts at the Federal, State, and Local levels. Also, those found guilty of smuggling illegal aliens into the USA shall be subject to life in prison at hard labor without possibility of parole.

Point 7 : All businesses with employees shall be rendered immune from liability in matters of invasion of privacy or civil rights when checking the status of US citizenship of all workers. Any member of management of said business found willfully employing an illegal alien will be subject to a fine of not less than $10,000 and a term in prison of not less than two years at hard labor. Repeat offenders shall serve a term of not less than ten years at hard labor and be subject to total forfeiture of material wealth.

We believe these steps will permanently end all illegal immigration into the USA, no matter the nationality of the illegal alien. We are alleged to have equal protection under the law, so the law should apply equally no matter the country of origin of the illegal alien.

We again point out that only when the negative outcome radically outweighs the possible positive benefits of a given behavior will such behavior be prevented. If America is serious about ending illegal immigration, then America will enact laws such as the above to extinguish all possible “profit” in circumventing the illegal immigration laws.
