4 men arrested in Charlotte school bomb plot

FORT MILL, S.C. - York County Sheriff's deputies arrested four men in Fort Mill shortly before midnight Wednesday in a plot to detonate two pipe bombs in a Charlotte-Mecklenburg school, the department said.[snip]

The Sheriff's Department says the men were planning to explode the bombs in a school to divert authorities away from the Founders Federal Credit Union on South Commerce Boulevard by Westinghouse Boulevard.[snip]
