**CRIME**
Hall Co. men arrested and charged with kidnapping

Angel Garcia-Breceda, 27, of Gainesville drove his truck thru a garage door striking a vehicle inside and pushing it into the residence. An altercation between Garcia-Breceda and others at the residence ensued until someone fired a gun. Garcia-Breceda then forced the victim, his ex-girlfriend, into his truck and fled the scene.
