Is the government cheating our soldiers?

This is a disturbing story about wounded soldiers being discharged under Chapter 5-13, meaning diagnosed with personality disorder. It gets them discharged faster, but they lose any disability benefits they would have been entitled to. Also, if they got a re-enlistment bonus they have to pay back part of it, for the portion of their enlistment they do not finish. I don't trust the source, the Nation, but the story seems legit. It is a very long article, but I am asking you to go read it and contact your elected cockroaches if you are as upset as I am.
