The first Thanksgiving to God in the Calvinist tradition in Plymouth Colony was actually celebrated during the summer of 1623, when the colonists declared a Thanksgiving holiday after their crops were saved by much-needed rainfall.

Definition: Tax
A fee charged ("levied") by a government on a product, income, or activity. If tax is levied directly on personal or corporate income, then it is a direct tax.

The Individual Mandate
ObamaCare imposes a new requirement on all U.S. citizens and legal residents to obtain government-approved health insurance. For most Americans this will mean they are required to either pay a portion of their income to private health insurance companies, or pay a fine to the federal government for not doing so.

The Employer Mandate

What is a Natural Born Citizen?

There were three volumes of Emmerich de Vattel's The Law of Nations at The Philadelphia/Constitutional Convention of 1787

*§ 212. Citizens and natives.*

The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

 This is how those who created The Constitution understood citizenship the reason Natural Born Citizen is not defined in The Constitution is because it was commonly understood at the time. We must go back to the meaning of words and phrases as they meant at the time the document/law was created and not use our modern understanding or lack there of, of terms in 1787.

As you can see for yourself Barrack Hussein Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen and therefor does not meet the Constitutional requirement to be President. Also note, Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal are not eligible to be President and therefor not eligible to be Vice President
