post, text or e-mail
Doctors should not "friend"
patients on Facebook, should text them with "extreme caution"
and should use e-mail only with patients who understand the risks of
lost privacy, says the latest set of guidelines to help doctors
navigate the online world.
The War On Drugs Is Still Not Working
Four decades ago, President Nixon
launched the US-led global War on Drugs. It has cost the nation over
a trillion dollars. 50,000 people have lost their lives to shootouts,
bombings, torture, and execution, and that's only counting six years
in Mexico.
Immigration bill would spark surge of
legal arrivals
While much of the debate over
immigration has focused on the fate of the estimated 11 million
people in the U.S. without legal authorization, one of the biggest
immediate impacts of the reform bill being prepared in the Senate
would be a sudden, large surge in legal migration.
